I’m still in disbelief over this recognition 🥹✨

After a 14-hour day, I realised this is the space to be honest about what it truly means to me.

From the outside, being a Director and clinic owner can look glamorous — events, treatments, travel. And yes, those moments exist… but they’re only a tiny fraction of the reality.

The truth? It’s the hardest role I’ve ever taken on.

There are no days off. It’s late nights, constant pressure, and at times criticism from people who don’t know or understand you or your business. It’s the ongoing pull between being a mother and a business owner, questioning if you’re doing either role justice — all while your mind never switches off.

I’m constantly juggling — my clients, my team, emails, school runs, after-school activities, meetings, specialist appointments… all at once, every single day.

Did I pack the uniforms? Is there food at home? Who needs to be where? Did I reply to that message? My mind never stops.

It’s showing up with confidence and a smile, being present for your children, your clients and your team everyday, even when you don’t know how you managed to get yourself out of bed that morning. 

Unless you’ve lived it, you can’t fully understand the level of sacrifice, pressure, and resilience it takes — not just to start a business, but to build one that succeeds.

I have had people resent and/or judge me for being ‘successful’ whilst benefiting from my success. I have seen people for who they truly are. I have found strangers supporting and cheering for me, louder than those I thought cared for me the most. Sadly success highlights ‘who’ your people are, and who are using you.

Due to high demand, Saturday appointments are now available by phone request only. This allows us to prioritise our clients and make the most of our Nurses’ time on these highly sort after appointments, with our reception team personally scheduling these sought-after spots.

If weekdays suit you better, we’ve got you covered — we’re open until 6pm most evenings to accommodate busy schedules. These extended hours fill quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
