My client has vertigo and was cleared of all possible causes except the neck. Cervicogenic vertigo is caused by tightness of the muscles around the upper cervicals and occiput, restricting blood flow to the brain. She was whiplashed a month ago and has been dizzy ever since. She also has numbness and tingling in her left arm.
NKT testing found the posterior neck muscles/suboccipitals overworking and the deep neck flexors/longus colli underworking. Released the suboccipitals and activated the neck flexors.
Then we found the lower left cervicals overworking and the left SCM underworking. Released the extensors and activated the SCM.

When we were done , her vertigo was better, and so was the numbness and tingling in her left arm.
