Don’t make this grinch more grouchy this silly season, with the lead up to Xmas already we’ve had an unacceptable amount of no shows & late cancellations. Tis no more! I’m onto my SECOND page of clients waiting on a waitlist and ready to jump on any movement in December.

SO! Because of this for the month of December we’ll be implementing the no show/late cancellation policy being the full amount of your appointment. No if, buts or oopsies, unfortunately our bills don’t get paid in “Oopsies” and we have too many people waiting to get their booking before Xmas and with Maddie going away until the end of January.

I advise everyone who holds an appointment in December to review their date and time and make sure it’s something they can commit to. If not, please contact us STRAIGHT away! You will make someone on our long waitlist very very happy ☺️
