Meet Antonella…

THE BOSS LADY AND DIRECTING STYLIST ✂️

Antonella is a true master of curly hair, with a passion and deep understanding of all aspects of hair design. Known for her personalised approach, she has an exceptional ability to tailor every service to suit each guest’s individual lifestyle, personality and occasion.

Her love for hair began at a young age, inspired by her father, a talented barber. Spending her afternoons, weekends and spare moments helping him in the salon, Antonella quickly discovered her natural connection to the industry. With her father’s own head of curls and creative flair, it was only natural that she would follow in his footsteps. 🤎

Leaving school at 15 to pursue her dream, Antonella secured an apprenticeship — the first step toward what would become a lifelong career and passion. 🪞

After starting a family, she went on to open her first salon — a milestone that marked the beginning of an incredible journey. More than three decades later, Antonella can confidently say it was one of the best decisions she ever made. Through the ever-changing world of hair and fashion, she has embraced every evolution, continually refining her skills and staying inspired by new techniques and trends.

With over 40 years of experience, Antonella has built a strong reputation for creating beautiful, healthy hair and delivering exceptional client care. Her passion for curls has earned her the well-known title of the “Curl Queen” of Cairns.” She specialises in cutting, shaping, hydrating and educating clients on how to manage and love their natural texture. ➿
