Unfortunately, so far this year I have already had 3 no-shows for chemical straightening appointments. These services require extended time, preparation, and commitment, and no-shows significantly impact my business and other clients who miss out on available spots.

To put it into perspective, this has resulted in over $1,600 in lost bookings.

Moving forward, all Japanese/chemical straightening appointments will require a deposit to secure the booking. This helps ensure commitment and allows me to continue providing the highest level of service to everyone.
