The “Welcome to…” magazines promote Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef; Atherton Tablelands and the Gulf Savannah; Port Douglas and the Daintree and Central Australia. Australian Tourist Publications (ATP) is a family-owned, award-winning business with over 11 years’ experience celebrating and promoting the best of Tropical North Queensland and Central Australia. ATP and the “Welcome to…” brand has been operating for almost 25 years but has been locally owned, operated, expanding and winning awards since 2006. We have offices in both Cairns in Tropical North Queensland and Alice Springs in Central Australia. Our Tropical North Queensland magazine promotes the region during the Australian winter months to entice visitors from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide to escape the cold and spend time in sunny Tropical North Queensland. The magazine is also distributed to a wide range of camping and caravan shows across Australia and New Zealand. Our Welcome to the Northern Territory Magazine is published in Simplified Chinese and distributed across China. We would love the opportunity to help you grow and advertise your business.

🐊🚤 ONLY IN THE NT!
Only in the NT can a quiet day on the water suddenly turn into a race with a crocodile! 😳
Forget about the horsepower of your outboard motor…
Up here, it’s all about CROC POWER! 🐊💨
And judging by this bloke, you might want to give the throttle a little extra nudge! 😂
Just another perfectly normal day in the Territory.
ONLY IN THE NT.
Ever wonder what you’re doing with your life?
Maybe it’s time to switch off, slow down and get back to nature. 🌿💦
Nature like this. In its purest form.
Pristine rainforest. Crystal-clear water. Nothing but the sounds of the forest and the river flowing through the ancient boulders.
Sometimes, getting away from everything is the best way to find yourself again.
📍 Babinda Boulders, Tropical North Queensland.
🌴 THIS IS NORMAL FOR PORT DOUGLAS & THE DAINTREE! 🦘🌿
A tree kangaroo… hopping across the road.
Hey, they can’t spend all day in the trees. Could you? 😂
Just another local making their way through the neighbourhood in Port Douglas & the Daintree.
Slow down, keep your eyes open and remember — around here, you never quite know who might be crossing the road.

Meet one of Central Australia’s cutest — and most elusive — little residents! 🥰
The incredible marsupial mole spends much of its life beneath the surface, literally “swimming” through the desert sand. And here’s an amazing adaptation: its pouch opens backwards, helping keep the sand out as it burrows! 🏜️
Rarely seen and beautifully adapted to life in the desert, this gentle, harmless little creature also holds a special place in Aboriginal culture, lore and mythology.
Just another reminder that some of Central Australia’s greatest treasures are hiding right beneath our feet. ❤️
