Let’s talk about the lightening process.
Stage one, remove excess depth, honestly that is about all we can do in the initial appointment, especially if we are looking after the health of the hair.
In this case we got a couple of shades lighter, with that came lots of warmth, if your plan is to continue lightening the best thing to do is embrace the warmth for a colour or two, as the ash needed to counteract will take you a shader darker.
Our number one priority at blended is hair health, we won’t push to achieve colour goals if the integrity of the hair is at risk.

Happy New Year folks, yep that’s right my first post of 2022… I have honestly been head down trying to navigate through the year of twos, 🙈 we have had some major changes in salon that you may be aware of, currently I’m running solo, there is huge shortage across all trades especially hairdressers. So you will be seeing lots of me, even at the basin 😏. If you are wanting to have a colour change please give me as much notice as possible so I can get my creative vibes flowing for the app and if you aren’t able to keep any appointments please let me know at least 24hrs prior as I can usually pass it onto someone wanting, same day cancellations will incur a fee. 🙏🏼
