Fresh Colour Boost for Shania today 👌

I had Rhiannon in nearly 2 years ago for an Ombre Brow and Lash Enhancement Liner (PMU) but she came in today for me to assess if she's due for a touch up or not, and to dye her brows and lashes. How gorgeous do her eyes look with having them defined with a black lash 🥰🥰 Soooo pretty!!!!

Fresh bows and lashes today, makeup in a few days as a Bride for Ash 🥰🥰 I forgot to take a photo before we started but I promise you this was so satisfying to see as a glow up with her new fluffies and sculpted additions!

We are in full wedding day prep this week as she prepares for her wedding this weekend at one of the most beautiful locations on Saturday!! I haven't been there in yearrrrs so I'm very excited to go back and spend the day getting a beautiful bunch of girls ready!!

A little different of an angle today 🤷‍♀️

I thought I would take the opportunity to share some information and make it educational in case you are someone who has always wondered why Lash Artists emphasise the importance of commitment to regular infills rather than you just getting a full set every 4 to 6 weeks.
Note** This client is a regular 2 week infill but due to work commitments we stretched it out which was totally fine for a one off, I also wanted to show you how good my retention is with my workmanship and the clients commitment to aftercare 🥰🥰

This is 3 weeks and 6 days retention for my client. This is longer than recommended by basically a week. Lots of grow out which causes tension on the natural lash which can cause discomfort for you. This is due to too much weight on the end of the Natural Lash. It can tug on the lash which can potentially cause itching or a sore feeling to the folical, so this is why we encourage and recommend infill at 2 to 3 weeks to keep them looking fresh and keeps the integrity of natural lash to avoid early shedding/lash loss.

These are unbrushed lashes that have essentially bunched together - I should have brushed to show a better photo of what we started with, but you get the picture. Grown out lashes aren't pretty and we don't usually show that side for good reason hahaha.

My fans are also hand made, I haven't used pre-mades in years now and find retention is better and I can do more custom styles that way which is a bonus.
