So tomorrow morning at 5.45am I have my biggest run. Iv been running for almost 6 weeks and jokes aside, I know I’m going on and on about it but I’m very proud of me. I have never got this far before.

Running is bloody hard! Tomorrow is a straight run with no walk breaks. I love the walk breaks.

All runs, no walks. Seems a bit excessive

The reason I have been a bit MIA the last week in salon.

I just had my very best friends from Victoria up for a whole 7 days and my heart is so full (and my liver is now working hard to process the fun 🤭).

These girls are all self employed and they closed their businesses for a week to come and visit Pres, me + the boys with their families.

I am always so inspired both professionally + personally after seeing these girls, so look out the second part of 2026.

We love showing them the life we have created up here and I miss them every single second, but I know they know we have made the right one making Caloundra home.

I get so proud showing them around this community.
