Happy 8th Birthday to us!
Over the weekend, we turned 8! Holy moly hasn’t that time gone so quick! I was a little 17 year old & now I’m 25! Crazy.

I want to thank all of my beautiful clients, the new, and those who have been with me from the beginning for allowing me & my girls to continue to do the job we love every single day, you’re the best & I can’t wait to show you all what we have planned to make your SB experience even better.

Thank you to my amazing girls, Katelyn, Leanne & Summer - your dedication, support, professionalism, skills, loyalty, laughs & friendship have helped me turn this salon into everything I could have ever imagined & more. I can’t thank you enough & I’m sure our beautiful clients feel the same.
Kaity, Maddie, Tegan & Olivia thank you for your constant support, laughs and loyalty, I’m so glad we have built this extended family together.

Hi everyone, just a friendly reminder of our salon policies & CANCELLATION policy.

We ask for 48 hours notice for a cancellation, if you fail to do so, there will be a cancellation fee which is the deposit you pay or the equivalent of (which is usually 50%) of your service fee.

The reason for this, is 48 hours gives us enough notice to fill your spot, otherwise I have my staff standing around for the 3-4 hour spot you have booked, especially if I have brought a staff member in specifically for your appointment. This isn’t fair on a small business. We have these policies in place so we can continue to run.

We are usually very understanding, however if it does happen regularly, we cannot afford to be lenient.

This is also stated in your confirmation text message you receive 48 hours before your appointment.

Easiest way to go about this, is when you get the text message reply YES or NO. Do not wait until the next day, or later on otherwise fees will apply.

My client usually does her own hair at home but thought it was time to come to a salon to clean it up and give it some love!💘
There was quite a lot of breakage on the ends however roots & mid lengths were alright - plus she added a K18 treatment to her service which made me even more comfortable to allow bleach on this hair.
We knew this session was just to even out the colour and clean it up a little. We did a full head of foils with only 10vol, applying to roots + mids, leaving out the ends. We also did a root shadow to soften.
