My salon for the 1st time will be implementing a cancellation policy.Which most salons have nowadays.
The cancellation within 24hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee on rebooking this can be up to 50% of the original booking price as this is the same as no shows
When cancellations are last minute I have trouble filling this appointment.Even a haircut or a 3 hr appointment cancels at last minute greatly impacts on my business
I have thought hard about this decision & it was very hard to say this but after this week of cancellations & no shows I have to put this in place
