💙 He’s finally here!
For those of you who have been asking after Eliza, we’re so excited to share that she welcomed her beautiful baby boy, Kailo, last week.
Mum and baby are both doing well, and they’re enjoying some precious time together as they settle into life as a family of three.
Congratulations, Eliza and your little family! We can’t wait to meet him. 💙

Weird, wonderful... and not something you hear about every day.
Most people have heard of treatments for the face, but there are plenty of lesser-known areas that people are surprised even exist.
I thought it might be fun to start a little series exploring some of these unusual treatments, what they’re used for, and why they might be discussed during a consultation with a qualified health practitioner.
This one is all about earlobes. 👂
Sometimes it’s not about appearance at all. Over time, stretched or thinned earlobes can change the way earrings sit—which can be surprisingly frustrating if you’ve spent years building a beautiful earring collection!
Where appropriate, treatment may help restore volume and structural support to the earlobe, which may improve the way earrings sit.
What unusual treatment would you like me to explain next?
Because of AHPRA regulations, I can’t provide personalised advice or discuss whether a treatment is appropriate for you in the comments. I can, however, use your suggestions to create future educational posts.

A little June throwback. ✨
I’ve been so flat out lately that I’ve barely had time to post, but I’ve actually been up to quite a bit!
I headed up to Sydney for more training because there’s always something new to learn.
Vivid was on while I was there, so why not? My favourite bit was the food 😂 love me some caveman food!
Had a great trip… even if the Sydney wind was determined to blow me back to Canberra 🙄😂
I was in Sydney to attend the AFI Cadaver Course.
More to come on that soon!

Current level of excitement: new doormats. 😂
I spend so much time focused on the big projects that I forget how satisfying the little finishing touches can be.
Small things. Big joy. 💕
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums out there 💕
And happy Mother’s Day to my mum… pictured here spending time with her favourite child, Rupert 😌🐶
In all fairness, he is a very good boy.
I’ve been working hard organising fun new things for the clinic over the next few months, which is very exciting… but also a bit hectic.
So sometimes it’s actually more relaxing to go and jump off a cliff.
Fully harnessed, obviously!
