These are done before we decide to step up your treatments to include Dermal Needling/Collagen Induction Therapy, Chinadoll facials, IPL Skin treatments - Anti-ageing, Acne, Vascular, Rosacea and Pigmentation. Treatment plans can be created by consultation. All treatments are performed in a relaxing environment to create the perfect atmosphere. We are a full service beauty salon and love performing every treatment we do. We are known for our magical Sibu Spa Manicures and Pedicures, BioSculpture Gel Nails. We take great satisfaction of that perfect wax, the beautiful lashes with both Lash Extensions or the amazing LVL lash lift and tint set along with the Brows of perfection. “How much downtime should I expect after Skin Needling?”
It’s one of the questions I’m asked most often.
The honest answer? Every skin is different.
These photos show my own recovery timeline after Skin Needling, paired with Dermalogica Exo Booster.
Skin Needling works by creating tiny, controlled micro-channels that stimulate your skin’s natural repair process. Exo Booster contains 10 billion Lactobacillus-derived exosomes, designed to support that process by helping calm visible redness, strengthening the skin barrier, improving hydration and enhancing your skin’s recovery.
✨ Immediately after treatment: bright redness (completely expected).
✨ Around 6 hours later: the redness had already settled noticeably.
✨ The following morning: only mild pinkness remained, with a little dryness and tightness.
Recovery looks different for everyone, but I hope sharing my own experience gives you a realistic idea of what to expect.
