to welcome the light.
Thank you
for trusting me
to guide your practice,
and to share this beautiful beginning to the day.
This Thursday is my last permanent 6.30am Kind Flow class.
My heart is full of gratitude
for this nurturing space,
for the passionate teachers beside me,
and for each of you
This isn’t goodbye.
Like the breath,
our paths will meet again.
I’ll be back to cover classes from time to time,
and when I do,
I hope to see your smiling faces,
ready to greet another sunrise.
Until then...
May your practice continue to ground you.
May your breath always bring you home.
And may every dawn remind you
that each new day
is a beautiful place to begin.
