3 Steps Simple and Practical to Free Yourself when Self Doubt sets in:

1.Acknowledge it is there for a reason and for your growth. The easiest thing to do is avoid this preliminary step, as we don't like feeling doubtful, or not confident where ever we are. However Self-doubt generally show's up because you are attempting something new, or have failed a few times at something and are giving it another go. So instead of ignoring it truly and deeply acknowledge its presence, and focus on the fact that you are where you are doing what you are doing.

2. Change your state - If the doubt is over whelming and stopping you from taking action, or has you emotionally stuck, a change of state is the way to go. This could involve going for a jog, some physical exercise, a shower, something to totally take your mind off it, and for you to experience some success in an area of your life you know the outcome will be successfully completed.

3. Write and Read a Script that paints your success -This is typically called an Affirmation. It is generally written in the present tense, and goes something like this "I am happy and grateful that I am doing '....' and have achieved '....' or more, and it is done. Where you can put in the context into the '...'. This last process will condition the mind from the inside out for you to see the success that you want to achieve. Remember everything is created twice, first in the mind, then in the outer world, if you cannot see it and believe it, then you will literally not see it in the outer world. Most of us (including me at times) forget this important point, however with practice you will do this automatically.
