Congratulations to this absolutely dedicated and talented young woman!!! After returning from a Vidal Sassoon course in Canada. Tovah has completed her apprenticeship!! With a few hurdles along the way, namely Covid , Tovah stuck with her apprenticeship and saw it to the very end!! We are all so proud of you Tovah and wish you all the success with your career.
