Thank you for your continued support and understanding while I take a short period away from the clinic to attend a conference.
During this time, responses may be slightly delayed. All appointments, enquiries, and ongoing care remain incredibly important to me, and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
Thank you so much for your patience while I take this time. I will be replying to all DMs and emails as soon as I can.
I look forward to welcoming you back into clinic very soon.
Good results don’t start with treatment — they start with anatomy.
Before considering any medical aesthetic procedure, a thorough facial assessment and anatomical mapping is essential. Each face is unique, and careful planning helps guide a personalised and safety-focused treatment approach.
Facial mapping helps practitioners to:
• Assess individual anatomy
• Identify key anatomical landmarks
• Plan treatment placement
• Support a tailored clinical approach
At La Forme Esthetique, consultations are centred around understanding the patient as a whole and determining whether treatment options may be appropriate.

Any medical procedure carries risks and benefits. Individual suitability must be assessed during a consultation with a qualified health practitioner.

We’re proud to now offer Women’s Health Consultations at La Forme Esthetique 🤍
Women’s health is complex, individual, and often overlooked. These consultations are designed to provide a safe, confidential space to discuss hormonal changes, perimenopause, menopause, and general wellbeing concerns with a qualified health professional.
Our focus is on:
- Education and understanding your symptoms
- Evidence-based discussion of available options
- Individualised care and appropriate referral where needed
These consultations do not replace your GP or specialist care, but work alongside your existing healthcare team to support you through each stage of life.
If you’ve been feeling “not quite yourself” and want a professional, respectful conversation about your health — we’re here to listen.

Proud to have completed the Patient Suitability, Governance, Compliance & Ethics of Non-Surgical Cosmetic Medicine short course at Monash University, achieving a High Distinction.
I invest in rigorous education because my patients deserve safe, ethical, evidence-based care — and because our industry must continue to raise its standards.
A sincere thank you to Mike Clauge and Professor Gregory Goodman for developing and curating such an important course. Governance, compliance and patient suitability are not optional extras — they are the foundation of responsible aesthetic medicine.

Hormonal changes can show up in ways you might not expect.
Joint aches, worsening arthritis, heavy or irregular periods - these can all be signs of changing hormone levels.
Too often, women push through symptoms without realising they could be linked to perimenopause or menopause.
The first step is simple: talk to someone you trust.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. Book a women’s health consultation with us online.
A fresh health initiative .clinics
Yesterday I had the privilege of being one of just 30 Registered Nurses from Australia and the USA invited to attend a private lecture with world-renowned professor and researcher — a brilliant teacher and one of the most respected anatomists in the world of facial anatomy.
He truly understands our commitment to ongoing education — the dedication it takes to spend our work hours, or even our after-hours, constantly refining our craft.
A heartfelt thank you to .clinics for hosting such an intimate and inspiring session. Moments like these are invaluable on my continuous journey in the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics.

Perimenopause vs Menopause - what’s the difference?
Perimenopause often begins in your 40’s and is marked by fluctuating hormones and ongoing periods (which may be irregular, heavy or clotting).
Menopause, on the other hand, is reached after 12 months without a period. By age 55, around 90% of women will be in menopause.
This transition can bring significant changes - from brain fog and sleep issues to long-tern impacts on work, finances, and health. In fact, in Australia, it’s predicted that $17 billion will be lost in income and superannuation due to menopause-related challenges in the workforce.
