A beautiful day here in to hit up markets on foreshore and grab some of the beautiful local wares of the many talented creators. Especially love my amazing soy candles (I bought three!) from ♥️ Have lit the first up inside and will be using the others in the and am looking forward to the amazing natural black raspberry and vanilla fabric softener crystals to clean the studio towels (and all my workout gear!)

I pride myself on my strength and overall health but sometimes even the germs I can’t avoid especially after the family all got sick last week. After a solid cupping and acupuncture session yesterday with Margie at my lungs feel so much better and my chest infection is now just clearing via my sinuses ♥️ To my amazing clients, sorry to those I had to cancel sessions on but it was not only for my need but to protect you. Don’t let the circles freak you out. It’s just an indicator of how much healing was needed. I use eastern traditions for a lot of my healing and many know I depend on it for injuries I’ve carried for quite awhile. Sometimes your body just needs the extra care and down time 🙏🏻

This handsome guy often comes to visit clients in the studio ♥️ he loves to act tough and then he gets to know you and does a welcome dance when you arrive and may even bring you a random shoe (he is obsessed with cuddles from who showers him in love).
