Today's packaging task. I need to package all these soaps and get them onto the shelves. I think it will take more time to label them all .... lol.
Ah the fun of making soap versus the tedious task of packaging and labelling.

I have just unmoulded the last batch of soap made in the shop....ah, I am feeling a little sad. These will probably also be the last soaps that I will package up prior to closing. They will be available mid June 2026.

It is with a heavy heart I am making this post. But it is time to say Goodbye. The shop will be closing on Sunday, 28th June 2026.
I understand that with the cost of living crisis, everyone is doing it tough. Sadly, last year sales were only 50% of previous years. This year they have been only 25% of what I used to make and there has not been one week that I have made enough in sales to pay the rent, let alone buy ingredients. So I have made the decision to close the shop. I will still be making your favourite products, so message me here and I can arrange for you to continue with the wonderful products you are used to. I may do a 'pop-up' every now and again, but I will post on here when that will be and with all the details.
I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all my wonderful loyal customers who have supported me over the 6.5 years I have been at the shop, you are truly wonderful and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I will not be making any new products until the shop closes, so what is on the shelves are it.
So, you have 6 weeks till the shop closes to get your goodies.

Yesterday I made a small batch of Conditioner Bars as I need to reorder a couple of ingredients. But these lovely bars last so long, you will go through 3-4 shampoo bars to one conditioner bar. Packed full of lovely conditioning ingredients, they are perfect for all types of hair.

I love making these soap cookies. Not only are they fun, but smell like rich chocolate .... YUM! And yes, they are popular with the young at heart.
Off to the drying rack for 4-6 weeks.

I love the shine on a freshly poured soap batter. Here we have some of my ever popular Activated Charcoal soap. Activated soap is highly beneficial to skin with dry, irritated and acne affected skin. These will not be ready for another 4-6 weeks, and currently I have approximately only 6 on the shelf.

Finally got enough time to make another Rainbow Cake Soap. And just look at the fun rainbow swirls which go into the freebie box for the little ones. I will cut it tomorrow and then off to the drying racks for 4-6 weeks.

Oh my, it has been months since I have made any Bath Bombs, but I have made this small batch. So it you are wanting all the bath time fun you get from my Bubbling Bath Bombs, you had better get in before they are gone. I have decided that my lungs can no longer handle large batches, so small batches is the go.

While most of this batch of Bath Truffles are for an order, I still like to make more as they are super popular....and smell divine!!! And they added bonus is you get to have a lovely luxurious Bubble Bath with moisturizing oils....and no clean up at the end.
A perfect gift for mum on Mother's Day.

Today is a busy day. And yes, it is ANZAC Day and the shop is open till 4pm.
I arrived early after the dawn service this morning and got to work on making some Shampoo Bars, Bath Milk and Shower Gel. So much to do and so little time... but gosh my shop smells wonderful!!
This Bath Milk would make a fantastic gift for Mother's Day.
