Chapped lips aren’t just “dry” they’re a sign of barrier damage.

When the lip barrier is compromised:
• Moisture escapes faster
• Cracks and sensitivity increase
• Lip balms stop “working”

The solution isn’t more product… it’s the right approach.

✔ Gentle exfoliation
✔ Barrier-repair hydration
✔ Daily SPF protection

In clinic, we go one step further using targeted lip treatments with hydrating and plumping ingredients to restore softness and volume instantly.

Barrier function is compromised during illness , let’s see how we can help.

One of my favourite Circadia products is Cocoa Enzyme Mask
This gentle anti-inflammatory enzyme contains natural antioxidants and a sweet cocoa aroma designed to nourish, protect and boost healing for any skin type. The gentle exfoliation of natural papaya and pineapple enzymes will effectively polish and prepare the skin.

POV: Owning a skin clinic but still feeling guilty every time you take products home for yourself 😅

Like… I know it’s mine, but why does it feel like I’m stealing?!

Anyone else or just me? 🤭

Five skin conditions that can’t be fixed in a single facial include persistent acne, hyperpigmentation, severe sun damage, chronic dryness/eczema and rosacea. These issues often stem from deep cellular, hormonal or chronic inflammation factors that require consistent long-term treatment beyond a single facial.

Rosacea is one of the most misunderstood conditions I treat in clinic.

It’s not just redness.
It’s not just sensitivity.
And it’s definitely not something you treat aggressively.

The truth?
Most flare-ups I see are caused by over-treating, over-exfoliating, and damaging the barrier.

Here’s what actually works:

✨ Calm inflammation before correcting
✨ Repair and protect the skin barrier
✨ Identify and avoid triggers
✨ Keep your routine simple and consistent

Because rosacea isn’t something you “fix” overnight…
It’s something you manage strategically.

And when you do it properly your skin becomes stronger, calmer, and more resilient over time.

🔥 I currently have limited consultation spots this week

If you’re struggling with redness, sensitivity, or flare-ups:
Comment “ROSACEA” or DM me and I’ll guide you on exactly what your skin needs.

As the weather changes, your skincare routine needs to adapt too ✨

Some things don’t change though Vitamin C and the Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum are absolute staples for me (and honestly, anyone who tries them falls in love 🤍).

The Recovery Serum is my go-to for dealing with this unpredictable weather it helps support and restore the skin when it’s feeling stressed or dehydrated.

The cleanser is perfect for those lazy days or when you’re wearing makeup and need something effective but gentle.

And of course, my exfoliating treatment (the one I didn’t include here 😉) I usually use it 1–2 times per week, but with the colder weather coming in, I’ll increase it to up to 3 times weekly.

One important reminder:
Skincare takes time. Results don’t happen overnight.

Also only 20% of your results come from in-clinic treatments, while 80% comes from your homecare routine. That’s why it’s so important to use targeted, professional products that actually treat your skin concerns not just random products without understanding what they do.

And we can’t forget sunscreen because without it, all your effort can go to waste ☀️

Most importantly: I don’t use all these products at the same time everything is used strategically.
