A pretty amazing sunset as I left the clinic tonight. How blessed are we to live where we do.

What a beautiful sunrise over the clinic this morning. Early start today & worth it when you see skies like this pink beauty.

We’ve just dropped off our bags to Bunnings for Thanks so much to all our beautiful clients who donate throughout the year & my beautiful daughter Phillipa. You all make this possible. 🙏🏻 We’re absolutely exhausted now. 😓
Rest tomorrow & then on Monday it all starts again for next year.

Whilst we believe EVERY day should be R U OK day, today is the day everyone recognises the “day”.
Please don’t wait for someone to ask the question if you’re not ok.

Each day it has soldiered on,
regardless of the constant stream of negativity,
pulsing its way from your brain to your cells.
Not good enough.
Not attractive enough.
Not the right shape.

Perhaps it’s time to see your body for what is truly is,
An amazing and mind-blowingly competent machine.
To get your soul to where it needs to be in this life.
To let you live.

I wonder if you know,
how much better you would be as a team.

What an amazing sunrise greeted me when I arrived at the clinic this morning! I just wanted to sit in reception & watch the sky explode with colour.

Wishing all our Mums, Grandmothers & mother figures an amazing day today. May it be filled with family, fun & fond memories. 🌷🌸
