As the weeks roll on through winter my legs have really needed a lot of care especially as I get older. A few times a week while having my shower I take a couple of minutes to exfoliate with my large stone. It is also a quick pick me up for my heels, when used regularly. For my after shower care, I then use a combination of jojoba oil and sesame oil to massage into my legs and the rest of my body. It truly makes a big difference.
