Sometimes an energy session reveals things that are difficult to explain with words alone.

I am incredibly grateful that my energy clients arrive with open minds and open hearts, allowing whatever needs to unfold to do so without expectation.

These two images were inspired by what unfolded during one client’s very first energy session. They represent some of the symbolic experiences that arose during his journey and the way he later described what he experienced.

One of the most remarkable parts of this session had nothing to do with the visions themselves. My client arrived in significant pain but didn’t mention it before we began. As soon as I placed my hands around his head and neck, I could feel intense pain radiating throughout his body.

Afterwards, he shared that he had been worried about lying on the table for the full session because of how much discomfort he was in.
To his surprise, he said the entire time he was on the table was the first time in a long time that he experienced no pain. That alone was a profound moment.

As we debriefed, he validated many of the experiences and symbols that had come through during the session—things that may seem unusual or even impossible to some, yet held deep personal meaning for him.

Every session is unique. Sometimes themes of past loved ones emerge. Sometimes people describe experiences connected with past lives, symbolic landscapes, or a deep sense of connection to something greater than themselves. Whether these are understood as spiritual experiences, personal symbolism, or something else entirely, my role is to provide a safe, grounded and compassionate space for clients to explore whatever arises.

These experiences continually remind me that we are wonderfully complex beings. Whether you view them through the lens of spirituality, consciousness, or the subconscious mind, they can offer profound insight, healing and perspective.

I feel deeply honoured every time someone trusts me enough to walk alongside them on that journey.

In a recent energy session a clients higher self kept showing a magnificent mandarin tree,on sharing this with her, there was a quick recollection of joyful times she spent filling her little tummy as a child in the mandarin trees in their front yard, this was such a random image that kept coming through her session both as visual and audio messages, it also reminded her of her father who chose to question the status quo and stand in his integrity, all the things she has chosen to do in walking a road less travelled.

The mandarin tree is perhaps best known as a symbol of abundance, wealth, and good fortune. Because it produces many vibrant fruits, it represents the rewards of patience, consistent care, and nurturing. Spiritually, it reminds us that what we cultivate with intention eventually bears fruit.

A tree cycles through blossoming, fruiting, and renewal. The mandarin tree symbolizes:

Transformation after periods of rest
It’s a reminder that even when nothing seems to be happening above the surface, roots are still growing.

The bright orange fruit reflects warmth, optimism, creativity, and life force. Many people associate mandarins with:

Playfulness
Emotional nourishment
Spiritually, it encourages bringing more joy into everyday life rather than waiting for special occasions.

Because a healthy mandarin tree can produce an abundance of fruit year after year, it is also associated with:

Legacy and generational wisdom

🌼 Blossoms Before Fruit
One of the most beautiful teachings from the mandarin tree is that flowers always come before fruit. Spiritually, this reminds us that:
Small beginnings matter.
Progress often starts invisibly.
Trust the process before expecting results.
