Hallelujah for the rain, god knows we needed it! Just a nice even flow, not too much all at once & giving our poor gardens the drink they need.🙏🏽
Some of us might be taking this opportunity to be a well deserved couch potato, having some downtime, doing the last bit of shedding of the snake year before we courageously move into the year of the magnificent horse on Tuesday 17th February, just a few days left, use it wisely, mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually. 💫
Recently I was away for a few days in beautiful Brunswick Heads with the sun shining down & me floating in the river, the sand between my toes recharging my soul with all those wonderful electrons.
I also watched a documentary on skin cancer which I highly recommend everyone to watch! If you’re not sun smart now this will definitely get you into gear.
Do you, your skin & your life a favour watch this documentary, I have been telling all my clients too.
In probably the last three months I’ve had three clients with melanomas being cut out under a GA being stage one so very lucky but also very scary for them.
Everyone needs to be educated about the sun, it’s not our friend!
