Hi there, not sure if you managed to watch much of the Tokyo Olympics but I am certainly feeling inspired by them. A big reason why I create so many courses to help people with their health and fitness is due to my previous experience as a Long-Jumper. Unfortunately I suffered quite a few injuries in my pursuit of becoming a top athlete but I thoroughly enjoyed the journey.
