After giving myself January to dive into some self, deep healing, release, introspection, de-patterning, analysing and nourishing….. I am feeling reconnected and ready for my return to teaching and my sessions as of Feb.

Here’s my upcoming teaching timetable should you feel like reconnecting at the studio 🧘🏼‍♀️

~Every Tuesday 7pm and Saturday 4pm for Vinyasa with

~ Ivanhoe
Feb 26 - 6am and 9.30am
March 6, 22, 29 at 4.30pm

And of course, my one on one healing sessions every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday .sanctuary inside GSY 💆🏼‍♀️✨❤️🪄

Beyond grateful and excited to be part of healing haven this weekend 🙏🏽🩵

Seven Sisters Festival is a powerful and safe space created with intention, for any individuals who self-identify as women, to have their voices heard, their wisdoms shared, containers to heal, celebrate and inspire each other.

Only a few more sleeps I cannot WAIT 😍🫠

I’ll be providing healings at the Healing Haven on Sunday evening and Monday Morning.
