🚧 A quick heads-up for our patients! 🚧

We’re currently carrying out repairs & improvements to the downstairs area of the clinic. All appointments will continue as normal, however consultations will be taking place upstairs during this time.

Please allow a little extra time before your appointment, as parking in our driveway will be limited. Some additional noise and foot traffic in the waiting area may also be expected.

Frozen shoulder can cause pain, stiffness and reduced shoulder movement that can make everyday activities difficult.

These 3 exercises may help improve shoulder mobility and reduce stiffness:
- Pendulum swings
- Shoulder external rotations
- Pec stretch

The goal is gentle, gradual movement - try to stay within a tolerable range and avoid pushing into sharp pain.
