I have wanted to do another detox for a while.

Lockdown and remote learning and anxiety had gotten me into some bad habits including binging chocolate and I was feeling crap more and more. A short time before starting this detox, I had a really bad night where I woke up feeling dreadful and had such a build up of stomach acid that I couldn't settle at all. It had to come up and it did! (Gotta say the toilet bowl got a good clean)

Another thing was I struggled to get dressed as everything was getting tight including bras (b**b bulge is not flattering). This of course was the days I didn't spend in my pjs.

I didn't move as much as I wanted even though I signed up to Steptember being stuck home with remote learning and a husband that gets home late doesn't help and neither does the weather in Melbourne!

A few days before I started I hit over 95kg on the scales so I can say this is about a 9kg drop.
