A change is coming to card payments across Australia for all businessses!

From 1 October 2026, card payment surcharges will no longer be permitted on eftpos, Visa and Mastercard transactions.

This means you’ll no longer see an additional card surcharge added to your appointment total when paying by card at Stephanie Rose Aesthetics. 🤍

I’ll be updating my payment/pricing & processes ahead of the change so everything is clear and straightforward for my clients.

After almost 4 years of building SRA from the ground up, this recognition means SO much to me — it’s incredible to see how far this little business has come. 🥹

I’m absolutely devastated that I won’t be able to attend the presentation evening in Sydney due to my wedding coming up 💍 — but regardless of whether I’m there in person, I am SO incredibly grateful to have made it this far.

Introducing…… LED/UV LASH EXTENSIONS to SRA 👀🔮

You may have seen them popping up by artists all around Australia, especially in SYD & BRIS. My passion for eyelash extensions and natural lash health has grown rapidly in the last near 4 years and after much research and discussion with industry leaders and equipment brands, I’m so excited to bring this new technique to SRA in the hunter valley!

👀 What are LED/UV lashes?

LED/UV lash extensions are applied using a specially formulated lash adhesive that is cured with a professional, precise LED UV light. Unlike traditional adhesives, which cure naturally when exposed to air and humidity, the LED UV adhesive hardens within seconds when exposed to the appropriate wavelength of light. The treatment is performed by a trained technician using protective measures in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. There are many variations of the system circulating the market (tweezer light, floor lamp etc) , and I always recommend consulting with your tech to understand the system they offer and safe application processes.
