What do you think of pain during a Lomi Lomi or Ka Huna massage? I mean it's kind of accepted that if you go remedial you are going to feel pain, but with a therapeutic massage, it's less obvious.
According to you, does it have its' place? Should it be all goodness? Are you of the opinion that pain is actually your body's way of telling you where there's an issue?

Fur babies enjoy massage too! 🐾

I was at the hairdresser the other day when this beautiful pup wandered over to say hello. Of course, I couldn’t resist giving her a head and neck massage.

The result of which was her being completely zonked for the next three hours! Apparently, that’s very unlike her .. she’s usually the social butterfly of the salon, making sure she’s involved in everyone’s appointment 😅

I think she deserved a little relaxation too.

In fact, she only woke up when I coaxed her into taking this selfie with me before I left! ❤️
