I am tired, and everything started to feel a little heavy.
But I paused, checked in with my mindset, and reminded myself that sometimes it really is that simple — perspective and rest can change everything.
I slowed down, enjoyed some good food, and yes… a ridiculous amount of chocolate pretzels. And instead of guilt, I felt gratitude. For comfort, for abundance, for the small things that make life full — even on overwhelming days.
A gentle reminder: you’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to reset. And you’re allowed to come back to yourself.

Hi, I’m Jessi, the new therapist at Snob Skin + Wellness.
I’ve spent the past 8 years working in incredible spas and wellness spaces all over Australia, refining my passion for skin, body treatments, and holistic health. After my time travelling through the industry, I’ve found myself back in Newcastle for the third time— where I feel most grounded and connected.
I’m a skin therapist, massage therapist, and yoga instructor, and I’m currently studying naturopathy to deepen my understanding of whole-body wellbeing. Outside of work and study, you’ll often find me sipping tea at the beach or creating tinctures at home.
I can’t wait to meet all the new faces here . x
