We would like to kindly remind everyone that we appreciate if you have an appointment scheduled to please arrive on time as this can create disorder in the salon and can prevent the service you’re booked in for to not have every aspect of your hair service completed. At the best possible time, please try to let us know if you can’t make it to a booked appointment as we can provide this appointment to someone else.

We understand that things out of your control can occur, however if we remain communicative by calling the salon and advising us that you are running late.

We will do our best to accommodate you with rescheduling appointments around so we can still complete your service.
