We’re on the hunt for our next Front of House superstar to join the team at Woohoo Salon, Charlestown.
With over 30 years in the area, Woohoo has built a reputation for incredible client experiences, a supportive team culture, and a salon that genuinely feels good to walk into.

We’re looking for someone who can be the face and energy of that experience.
About the Role
This is a part-time Salon Coordinator position, including evenings and Saturdays.
You’ll be at the heart of the salon 🩷keeping everything running smoothly while making every client feel welcomed, looked after, and excited to be here.

What do I have to do ? 👇🏼
Creating a warm, memorable first impression for every client
Managing calls, bookings, and the salon flow
Supporting the team day-to-day
Stock control and keeping things organised behind the scenes
Helping ensure the salon runs like clockwork
You’ll be trained by an experienced team member who has been in the role for over 20 years—setting you up with everything you need to succeed independently.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is calm, professional, and reliable
Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Is confident with computers and salon systems
Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be asked
Loves being part of a team but can also take ownership of their role
Genuinely enjoys looking after people
This isn’t a “sit back and answer phones” role—it’s for someone who wants to be an integral part of a busy, high-energy salon.
