When I first started lymphatic facial massage, I was actually shocked by the visible results.

The lifted cheekbones, the depuffing, the contours, the natural ‘facelift’ effect.

And don’t get me wrong…I still LOVE seeing those changes.

But the part that stays with me the most is not how people LOOK afterwards, it’s how they FEEL.

The reaction saying:

That’s the real transformation.

Not just looking better in the mirror, but feeling cared for in a world that constantly tells us to keep pushing through.

- Take a bath with epsom salts, dried rosemary + rose petals
- Play calming/healing frequencies

🛀 As you sit in the water, visualise it gently taking…
- the tension out of your body
- the weight off your chest
- anything that no longer belongs to you
- anything that’s been stealing your energy

Let it go.

Because sometimes healing is just taking space to release and creating space for things to leave.
