Rashid Khan and Arshad Khan's father has started their first hairdressing salon in Chandigarh, India, in 1974. Both brother has continued this saloon from 1990. It was an ambitious move for the two brothers. Still only in their late teens, had gained the confidence to expand their own business. They had been taught both the skill of hairdressing and how to satisfy the client same as their Father, who was himself of incredible talent and a well maintained capability. In 1995 the brothers has expanded a salon in Chandigarh, India. It was a time when Topknot haircuts were the fashion but Rashid Khan and Arshad Khan offered a more "commercial" feminine slant to this hairdressing movement and their highly individual, feminine haircuts were soon a great success to the peak. "Personalised" to suit each client and with a philosophy that each client should be treated as an individual and that her hair should suit her own facial shape, fashion taste and lifestyle on the go with the trend, Rashid Khan and Arshad Khan created a maxim by which they have continued to work. Rashid Khan with their family, very familiar, moved to Australia to establish the brand in 2009 with the first salon inograting on Clayton Road, Clayton that November.
