Super exciting, NEW SERVICE!
Cupping 💆🏼‍♀️

When booking a massage you will now be prompted with an option to add cupping to your session!

The vacuum suction of the cups breaks tiny blood vessels which increases fresh blood circulation to the area. It stretches and separates connective tissue (fascia) to ease muscle stiffness.
I will utilise cupping in your session to relieve pain, promote relaxation, improve blood flow, reduce inflammation and reduce scar tissue. The process includes pressing the fasciq cups against your skin creating a suction against it. I will then check cups and ensure they’re in the correct place with full suction applied. Depending on effects and results needed/wanted cups will be left on for anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Followed by the removal of all cups, relaxing hot towels and magnesium spray to finish.

Cancellation Policy!

As my little business continues to grow (which is really exciting 🤍), I’ve introduced a cancellation policy to help protect appointment times!

When booking an appointment, you’ll now be asked to provide card details to secure your booking. Nothing will be charged upfront.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change, as I have two small children myself, but please keep the following in mind:

* Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. - This is purely because I have a 1 hour round trip to the salon, and do not get the opportunity to fill your appointment time.

When an appointment is cancelled at short notice it just makes it a little difficult for me to fill your spot and as a small business every appointment makes a big difference!
