Our program is designed to help you build your running fitness progressively over six weeks — without having to do it alone!

YOUR PROGRAM, RIGHT AT YOUR FINGERTIPS!

Your personalised training sessions can be delivered through the app and synced with compatible smartwatches, iPhones or smartphones, so you know exactly what you’re doing each session.

$10 PER RUNNER for 6 weeks access, qualified Recreational running coach, and an app where I can track your progress and tailor the program specifically for you. It’s not generic or the same for everyone!

✨ A Small Update to Our Treatment Pricing ✨

To our wonderful clients,

Firstly, thank you for your continued support. It is a privilege to be part of your health and wellness journey, and I truly appreciate the trust you place in me.

After more than 4–5 years without increasing in treatment fees, the time has come to make a small adjustment to our pricing. This change will take effect from 1 August, 2026.

Over the past few years, we’ve remained committed to providing high-quality, personalised care while absorbing increasing business costs wherever possible.

This adjustment allows us to continue delivering the standard of treatment you’ve come to expect while bringing our pricing in line with other allied health professionals and experienced bodywork practitioners across our region.

Our updated pricing will be:

🌿 60-minute Remedial Massage – $95

🎵 60-minute Vibroacoustic Therapy – from $85

🔥 30-minute Infrared Sauna – $30 (no change)

For almost 25 years, it has been my passion to help people recover from injury, manage pain, improve mobility and support their overall wellbeing.

What I live to do!

Nothing more important to me than helping people with their pain.

I’ve been there, woken up and can’t get out of bed, had my husband drive me to a clinic in the backseat of the car, I’ve struggled to find someone to listen, someone who will see me when I need it not just 9am-5pm, the hidden gem to help my body to allow me to work, play sport, do Park Run and most importantly play with our son.

Pain is not 9 to 5, it does not give you a date of onset that you can book in your calendar in advance but I can assure you if you are proactive about prioritising yourself, your health through food, movement and schedule your bodywork sessions like massage, Physio, Chiro etc. ahead of time it WILL make a difference.

And when you look for someone to help and support you through that tough patch, text me. Don’t worry about what my work calendar says because I’m always here to help, it’s what I live to do x
