Okay, I did the thing!!

Ron measured my neck, chest, inner thigh, outer thigh, hips, calf, arms and everything in between....

Then I asked him to take a before weight management program, well it was within the first week of my program, photo.

I was reluctant to post it, but hey, it is still the fun loving, caring and friendly Di you know, just bigger than BR (before Ron), 😅🤣😂.

I am not going to use the excuse that 'I am in my comfort zone', or 'I am in my happy place' anymore. The fact is I have let myself go, do not do toning and cardio exercises, and eat man-size meals (well nearly).

It is time to be kind to myself and my body again, as my natural collagen has reduced tenfold, so I need to increase it, burn some fat and get my immune system and gut health in order too.

I can do this, I know I can!!
