The new space is open and I am so excited to welcome everyone back into the personal and calm studio 15 environment (with the massage basin 😉)

Our new address is 3/9 Vernon street Coffs which is opposite the entrance to CEX and 2nd shop from the highway end. Just head up past the construction for the new CODA apartments and past RSVP bridal, memory Thai and the tobacconist and you can’t miss it.
There is street parking and the multi story kmart and Woolworths car parks for those with longer appointments, plus the large selection of coffee, tea, soft drinks and Prosecco to make your visit a little more comfortable.

Thank you to everyone for your support and patience over the past few months while I moved house and transitioned to a new salon space, I’m honestly so excited to make this salon my new home to share with everyone and of course babies and puppies are always welcome and encouraged to come for a visit while you relax 🥰

STUDIO 15 IS MOVING!

My little family has bought a new home in Sawtell so it’s time to say goodbye to the studio at Korora and hello to the coastal views at Marina Hair and Beauty.
From 11/3/23 I will be moving in with the ladies at marina hair at 5 marina drive Coffs Harbour. My contact details are remaining the same and all appointments are still booked as usual unless I have had to contact you so no need to worry :)

Thank you to everyone for all your support and patience during this period and I have enjoyed every minute of our time in Korora and look forward to the new chapter ahead.

Hi everyone!

Just a quick note that I will now be out of salon from Monday 7th February to Monday 14th March as I’ll be recovering from major muscle repair surgery that has been unexpectedly rescheduled due to covid.
If I haven’t been in contact yet to reschedule a booked appointment please bear with me, I will be over the next few days when time permits.
Please be patient when I return as I won’t be able to book as busy as I usually do so I appreciate your understanding while I navigate the first few weeks back in salon x

I appreciate everyone’s patience while I begin the process of rebooking. As of this morning I have over 150 messages to respond to and unfortunately that doesn’t happen in 15 mins.
Rest assured, I will get back to everyone, I just need some time to work through this as I’m in the middle of renovating the salon at the moment so please bear with me 💕

Appointments will be rescheduled on a first cancelled basis and anyone who wasn’t booked before lockdown will be scheduled after I’ve caught up.

Hope everyone is doing well and staying sane in these trying times.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that studio 15 will be closed during the covid lockdown as per government guidelines.

You can still purchase products by appointment but we cannot provide services at the moment.

I will be cancelling all appointments during the lockdown and rescheduling once we are allowed to operate again, I thank everyone in advance for their patience and understanding while I try and schedule everyone back in. As you know, I didn’t close last year so this is a new hurdle for us all to navigate.

Good luck to everyone working from home, home schooling or living alone, my heart goes out to you and the stress on your shoulders.
A big big thank you to everyone who is still working in our essential services, I appreciate the massive effort you’re undertaking to keep our town going.

New covid restrictions

Please be aware of the lastest covid restrictions in place and take the time to read through. We are all in this together and I appreciate everyone being prepared and compliant.

-masks to be worn on arrival, refusal will result in you being asked to leave. Please reschedule to avoid any confrontation if you choose not to comply.

-check in on arrival with the QR code at the front desk

- please come to your appointments alone where possible. Outdoor waiting available for families.

- if you are feeling unwell or displaying any cold or flu like symptoms please reschedule for a later date.

- if you have visited Sydney in the past 21 days you will not be able to attend the salon under any circumstances until the mandatory 14 days have been completed.

- please arrive on time to your appointment

Thank you for your time, understanding and support and we assure you that we have very strict cleaning and hygiene policies to keep our clients and our community safe.

Finally I’ll be opening the salon again on Monday!

Please be patient with bookings, I’m still working around appointments that were pre booked so for the next 3 weeks there are limited appointments available but through March things will settle.

Hi guys,

Unfortunately on Sunday I had a bit of an accident and have ended up with a broken wrist and may need surgery.

I have contacted anyone booked in the next 2 weeks and after I find out more info on Monday I will contact anyone with appointments later in Jan.

I sincerely apologise to everyone for the inconvenience and thank you all so much for your understanding and patience while I try and figure out what to do next.

I will be in contact as soon as I have any news but in the mean time please contact me if there is anything I can help with. I’m happy to make recommendations and provide advice.
