Sometimes it’s found in the smallest moments, the ones that bring you back into your body, back into the present, and back to yourself. 🙏

Six years ago, I took a leap and started a little massage business with a treatment table, a dream, and no idea where the journey would take me.

Since then, this business has grown in ways I never could have imagined. I’ve had the privilege of working with almost 1000 clients, continued my education, travelled to deepen my skills, moved into a new, beautiful clinic, and expanded my offerings to support people in more holistic ways. ✨

One of the biggest changes this year has been evolving into Energetica Wellness. The new name feels like home. It reflects not only what I do today, but the vision I have for the future. These beautiful new photos capture that new chapter perfectly. 💛

You need this quick and easy IMMUNITY SHOT recipe!! 🍊 🍋 ✨

Simple, natural ingredients with some powerful benefits for immunity, inflammation, digestion, circulation, and overall wellness! And super easy to make! I do these every winter and anytime one of us is under the weather or needing an immunity pick me up 💛

• Orange & lemon — rich in vitamin C and antioxidants to support immune function 🍊 🍋 
• Fresh ginger — anti-inflammatory, warming, and great for digestion 🫚 
• Turmeric — known for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties 🧡
• Cayenne pepper — helps stimulate circulation and metabolism 🔥 
• Black pepper — enhances absorption of curcumin from turmeric by up to 2000% 🖤

INGREDIENTS:

4 oranges, peeled
2 lemons, peeled
100g fresh ginger
40g fresh turmeric (or 2 tsp turmeric powder)
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of cracked black pepper
Optional: 1–2 tsp raw honey

DIRECTIONS:

1. Juice the lemons and oranges and add to a glass jar.
2. Add the turmeric powder or fresh turmeric if desired.
3. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
4. Add a pinch of cracked black pepper.
5. Give it a stir.
6. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
7. Shake before serving and enjoy 30–60ml daily.

Recipe makes approximately 8–10 shots. 5 min prep time.

Have these on hand for cold days and night to warm your insides and give a little boost from nature 🌿

This post feels vulnerable to share, but also really important to me. ✨

I’ve known I was bisexual since I was around 14 years old, but it wasn’t until my 30s that I truly came out openly. Not because I didn’t know who I was, but because fear can take up a lot of space..

Fear of judgment, different beliefs, religion within family dynamics, and fear of whether the people you love will fully accept you. For a long time, I felt like I had to bury parts of myself to make other people comfortable. That creates layers of shame that were never truly ours to carry. 🙏

When I moved to Coffs, this part of my identity became quieter. But when I started connecting with the q***r community here, I suddenly found myself surrounded by beautiful humans who made me feel safe, seen, accepted, and celebrated. 🌈

I still remember telling my brother on a flight to Melbourne that I wanted to come out to Dad on Christmas Day. I was terrified. But what followed became one of the most healing experiences of my life. I was met with love, acceptance, support, and a few laughs saying, “We already knew.” 😅

One of the first things I did afterwards was go to my first Big Gay Day in Brisbane with my brother and sister by my side. I’ll never forget that feeling of celebrating openly, surrounded by love, community, joy, and acceptance. 🥰

I know not everybody receives that same love and acceptance, and that’s one reason Pride feels so important to me.❤️‍🩹🌈

I have beautiful friends and clients across the LGBTQIA+ community, and I truly believe everybody deserves to feel safe, accepted, seen, and celebrated exactly as they are.

That belief carries into my work and my business too. I want every person who walks through my doors to feel welcome, respected, included, and free to be themselves.💛
