As a small business, I’m always conscious of keeping my treatment prices as fair as possible. With increasing business and card processing costs, I’d much rather avoid passing those extra costs on to my clients through a price increase.

Moving forward, my preferred payment methods at Beauty by Danni will be PayID, bank transfer or cash. These options help reduce processing fees and allow me to continue keeping my current treatment prices where possible.

Of course, I completely understand that these options may not suit everyone, so card payments will still be available when needed.

Homosalate is a chemical UV filter commonly used in sunscreens, and lately there’s been more discussion around its safety and the amount used in SPF products.

Now, this doesn’t mean you need to panic or stop wearing sunscreen — SPF is still one of the most important things you can do to protect your skin.

But it did make me curious about the sunscreens I personally choose to stock here at Beauty by Danni.

And I’m very happy to say that both Sol Sista Butta Block SPF50+ and Tweeny Skin TweenScreen SPF50+ are homosalate-free. 🙌

Both are mineral sunscreens using zinc oxide as their UV filter, giving you beautiful everyday sun protection without homosalate.
