A Friendly Reminder About My Booking Policy!

I wanted to take a moment to share my cancellation policy again, as it’s something that’s always been in place but is important to revisit from time to time.

When you book an appointment with me at artie and eve, that time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business owner working by appointment only, every booking is carefully planned, and when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or someone doesn’t attend, it’s often too late to offer that time to another client.

I completely understand that life happens. Unexpected situations and emergencies are a part of life, and I always appreciate open communication. However, frequent last minute cancellations have a real impact on any small business, my income, and other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment.

My cancellation policy isn’t there to be difficult or unfair it’s there to protect the time I’ve reserved for each client and to help my business continue to operate fairly and sustainably.

I kindly ask that all clients take a moment to read the policy. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.
