Hi everyone,

I hope 2025 is being good to you so far! It’s been lovely getting back into my little massage studio and seeing some of you again. I love this work and I love seeing how much it helps people live better lives.
Which is why this message is difficult to write and this decision has not come easy.

We have decided to close Exhale’s doors ☹️

It has been an incredible experience and I have truly loved working in this space with all of you. Unfortunately, due to a number of reasons, it no longer serves my family and I in the way it once did.

I am so grateful for all of your love and support over the last 3 years! I am so grateful for the beautiful Jett who has taken over like a boss and kept Exhale running beautifully while I was as on maternity leave. You all made it possible for me to live a dream of mine, even if it was only short term.

Our final day of trading will be Friday 13th June 2025. Our trading days and hours remain the same until then.

Thank you all again, we hope to see you in the clinic over the next 1.5 months.

WE ARE OPEN! From Tues 17th September, we have the wonderful massage therapist, Jett, working her magic in the clinic 💆🏻‍♀️

She will be working Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am -
6pm. Bookings can be made via the website and profile links.

We are excited to see you back in the clinic for all your pain management and self care needs!

MATERNITY LEAVE UPDATE 🫶🏼

Today is my final day of work before I start maternity leave so here is a little update of what to expect from Exhale over this time…

🤲🏻 We are so lucky to have the wonderful Jett stepping in on Tuesdays and Fridays, 9-6pm, in the Exhale clinic, offering relaxation and remedial treatments starting 17th Sept. You can already book in with her online.

🤲🏻 The clinic will be closed until Jett starts on 17th Sept.

🤲🏻 All bookings can be made online via the website or booking links in our profile. All reschedules or cancellations can be made via your appointment confirmation emails or the Fresha app (download it, it’s fab!). If you are rescheduling or cancelling within the 24 hour cancellation period, you can contact me via email.

🤲🏻 Our cancellation policy will continue to be enforced so that Jett is being paid for her time so please consider this before booking an appointment. You can find our cancellation policy on the Services page of our website.

🤲🏻I will be here in the background should you have any questions or concerns. Responses may be delayed and we appreciate your understanding.

I want to thank everyone for your well wishes and support over this time 🫶🏼 I will miss my clients dearly but will try to pop out for a chat when I see you.

MATERNITY LEAVE UPDATE 👶🏻
With 2 weeks left until my maternity leave starts, I thought I would give you all an update as to what is happening at Exhale during that time.

I am SO excited to announce that while I am on leave, we have the wonderful Jett, Certified Massage Therapist, covering in the clinic for 2 days per week starting from Sept 17th. You can book with Jett using the online booking system. She has recently graduated from Evolve College, already works in another massage clinic as well as a Pain Clinic. She will be offering services in Relaxation & Remedial treatments and has health fund provider status.

The clinic will be closed from 5th August until 17th Sept where Jett will take the reins.

Please join me in giving Jett a big welcome! 🫶🏼
