STEP THREE: Apply to lips in a single, fluid motion. No swiping. Let it dry!
STEP FOUR: Apply two more thin layers. Let each layer dry between application!
STEP FIVE: Top it off with gloss to lock in your color! Reapply your gloss throughout the day as needed!
STEP SIX: To remove, apply Ooops! Remover, wait 60 seconds, then rub off!
