For this transformation, the goal wasn’t length - it was helping her new shorter haircut feel fuller, hold a style better, and have an effortless, gorgeous finish every day.
Using 50g of Beauty Works keratin bonds in Honeycomb, we focused on adding density through the ends to create shape, movement and fullness exactly where she needed it.
With fine hair, the details are extra important. Every bond was custom sized to suit her natural density (I used 3 different sizes), ensuring a blend that feels comfortable, discreet and completely her own 🤍

One of the biggest things we see with dry, brittle extensions that won’t hold a curl is actually product build up - and yep, sometimes it’s coming from the “sulphate free” shampoos people think are safe 🫣
A lot of supermarket and lower quality products still contain heavy silicones and harsh cleansing agents that coat the hair, block moisture from getting in, and leave extensions feeling stiff, coated and impossible to style properly over time.
If your extensions suddenly feel dry, brittle, won’t curl, or just don’t feel like they used to… your haircare could genuinely be the problem.

A few of my clients still opt for micro beads, and honestly, they have every reason to. While most people have made the switch to nano beads (their smaller sister), this method really does have its place.
Long lasting, durable and in my opinion, the absolute most gentle method on the natural hair.
The only thing they need is good density at the root to keep them discreet and hidden, but if you have that, these are the ultimate method imo 🤍
One of the biggest differences with extensions is that it’s never just about adding hair.. the placement, colour mix, density and haircut all make the final result 🫶🏼
For this transformation we planned:

Sometimes less is more 🤍 don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a big transformation, but sometimes subtle enhancements are all that’s needed.
My client loves an easy maintenance option so working with less grams and choosing a method that lasts in her hair for up to 4 months works perfectly for her without over complicating her routine ✨

April dump 💗💗 This month has felt like a bit of everything…
Some really exciting things happening behind the scenes, mixed with a lot of pressure, stress and wondering ‘am I doing this right?’
I’m definitely a perfectionist, and whilst that’s great when it comes to transforming hair… I’ve realised it can be pretty paralysing in other areas of business
So this is me letting go of that a little and just showing up as I am 🥰
Because the reality is, we’re all just figuring it out as we go, right?
