We are seeking collaboration with Clients, Families, Support coordinators, Allied health and NDIS providers as we have the capacity for new refers. Wilabu Support Services support is managed by registered nurses with a decade of experience in aged care, mental health, and disability services. Our focus is on client dignity and independence, achieved through tailored support, compassionate staff, and a commitment to quality care and a Safe environment. We're dedicated to empowering individuals step by step towards a brighter, Goal and future.
-● We Advocate on behalf of participants and assist them navigate in the Society and Community with their desirable scope.
● we have provides excellent care for our participants, staff and a safe environment.
● we have support families with emergency situation, when they were away, (overseas) and assist clients needs, Advocate, we where in the place for their family to make sure everything is settles until the family arrivals.
● We have work with clients with multiples disability, mental health with Complex behaviour and different types of behaviors.
● we have work with clients with multiple personality.
● we have work with clients that used to smoke 80 to 100 ci******es stick a day and 6-7 bottles or one cartoons of alcohol or spirit a day and we have worked with them and now they can only drink one glass a day with Dinner and 20 sticks of cigarette a day with a Daily Routine.
● we have provide support a Clients with autism participant,
● within our team we have more than four decade of experience in our team, most importantly our clients family feels safe and client and staff feel safe with us as a company as a family.
