MPT Rebuild - Week 12 Results
After 12 weeks of rebuilding my mind and body, I didn’t finish off as strong as I wanted but even though I didn’t tick my off my goal of losing 15kg, I’ve still learnt a lot about myself throughout the process. I now have a better understanding of what it takes to get results. Set yourself a goal, stay consistent and disciplined with a strong purpose and as time goes on, momentum builds - with this, any goal is achievable.
In the end, I dropped a total of 12.5kg in 12 weeks! Starting at 141.1kg, now weighing in at 128.6kg. Very happy with the end result!
I just want to say thank you so much to Mike for this awesome experience, I love what you and the team are doing at MPT! The whole process was really enjoyable and so easy to follow and the meals you get to eat are actually enjoyable - I never thought that I could eat that much food and still lose weight. The support from the community really makes you feel like you’re apart of something special and the fact that each individual that joins the program gets there own specialised meal plan based off the information you provide when starting the program proves that this is tailored to each individual based off what there trying to achieve. For anyone out there who thinks it’s a scam or it’s just another generic online coach trying to sell his program to take your money or even if your just someone sitting on the fence and need a little nudge to get on board. You can trust me when I say, this is legit! I mean look… results can speak for themselves.
Also, thank you so much to my co-coach Brock for your continued support throughout the process. No matter how much I spammed you with questions, you always responded to me as quickly as you could and provided me with both the support and accountability that I needed to help me achieve these results. So without you, none of this would’ve been achievable! Appreciate you a lot, thank you!
Lucky last, thank you to my beautiful wife for being supportive throughout this process and letting me invest into the program. I told you I will stick out the program and I believe I did a pretty solid job, don’t you? Haha love you!

MPT Rebuild - Week 11 Results
Another progressive week done - Achieved my goal of dropping 1.1kg (maybe it was the haircut lol)! Down 13.9kg now LFG!
This week really challenged me - I told myself I was going to allow myself to have a piss-up on Australia Day so I bought myself a slab of beers with the intention to drink however much I wanted… Thankfully the night before I had a long phone call with my dad and he kinda put me in my place a little with some hard truth but long story short he told me “This is what you always do, you never finish what you start! Why would you waste all this hard work and progress now… You told yourself you weren’t going to drink for the whole 12 weeks, so do it! Stick to your word.”. As much as I didn’t want to hear it because I had my mind set on it and was waiting all week for Aus Day to come round (and had already purchased the slab), I told my dad I wouldn’t drink and I’d stick it out. What I realised was, he’s right… I always start things and never finish them! Yes, I might have slipt up once before when I had that one drink after the baby was born but I wanted to redeem myself and not allow that to be the excuse to fall back into my old ways… I still went to the Aus Day event but I left the beers at home.
I hope this can be a friendly reminder to you that everyone makes some bad decisions in life, but don’t let one bad decision stop you from making the right decision in the future…
With one more week to go, the goal is to drop another 1.1kg to hit my goal of losing 15kg in 12 weeks.
Stay tuned for Week 12 Results…

MPT Rebuild - Week 10 Results
Ticked all the boxes this week after a roller coaster of a week last week - Hitting some more PB’s in gym! Pushing the full stack on tricep push downs LFG!
Visceral fats down from 16 to 14 now which is something I’m really trying to improve on.
Weighed in at 128.3kg today - That’s a total of 12.8kg down since I started 10 weeks ago! I haven’t been below 129kg since 9/11/2021!
2 weeks left until the 12 week block is up - I want to achieve a total of 15kg lost by the end of the 12 weeks so another 2.2kg to drop…

MPT Rebuild - Week 9 Results
Last week was a nice reminder for me that all the hard work I’ve been putting in over the last 9 weeks is paying off and to keep pushing.
We’re excited to announce the birth of our 2nd child Ezekiel Xavier Csuka-Knight who was born last Wednesday! This definitely threw a spanner in the works in terms of sticking to my daily routine - From Tuesday through to Thursday we where in and out of the hospital and I had to eat off plan over that time and I missed 3 gym sessions for that week too. I’ve been honest throughout this whole process so in saying that I did give in to temptations a few times - I ended up having a kebab and chips for those 3 nights I ate off plan as well as having a Jack Daniels and a smoke once I got out of the hospital convincing myself “it was time to celebrate” haha.
Going back to where I was saying this week showed me that all the hard work I’ve been putting in has been paying off - I still managed to drop 1kg that week! Which tells me my body is changing and my metabolism is improving…
Although it was nice to go off plan a little, I don’t want to fall back into old habits and this is part of teaching myself that you can have these moments but remember to always lock back in!

MPT Rebuild - Week 7 Results
Up 100g over New Year’s - Stuck strictly to the meal except for one day where I had a chicken wrap from a cafe as I was out on a road trip to Torquay with the family. Just another reminder for me how easily the body holds onto different food no matter how little it may be.
This was my first New Year’s in I don’t know how long, that I didn’t have a single drink of alcohol or a smoke and went to the gym on 1st day of the new year! Took myself away from any events to make dealing with any temptations easier but don’t get me wrong, I desperately wanted to celebrate but once again with a consistent reminder of my “Why” I was able to stay true to my word and my goals and not give in.
There’s always going to be another opportunity for me to celebrate and allow myself some fun, but I’m still far from where I want to be so what would I really be celebrating…
It’s through these moments that challenge me the most that build my discipline and trust in myself that no matter what’s happening in my life, if I can have my mind set on a goal, nothing can stop me from achieving it!
Not far from loosing 10kg now - This week’s goal is to lose 1.3kg to achieve 10kg loss, stay tuned…

MPT Rebuild - Week 6 Results
I think it’s fair to say I’ve never lost weight over Christmas - Christmas was always that time of year for me to pig out on anything I wanted and drink and smoke as much as I wanted! Going into the new year with an extra 5+kg of body fat on me…
This year I had a different approach - I took it as an opportunity to really test myself and prove to myself that I can get through Christmas without giving in to my temptations no matter how many times I was encouraged to have a drink or eat the food just because it was Christmas. If I can get through Christmas and New Years without giving in then I can do it any other time of the year!
I would be lying if I said it was easy, but I wanted to stay true to my “Why” and remind myself “How will I feel about myself tomorrow if I give in?”.
I’m proud to say that not only did I get through Christmas without putting weight on… I managed to drop another 1.2kg in the process! That’s a total of 8.8kg lost in the last 6 weeks!
If I can do it, so can you…
Now bring on New Years!

MPT Rebuild - Week 5 Results
Another great week of results - Dropped 2.3kg last week, how good! Down a total of 7.6kg now.
Fitting back into old clothes now woohoo!
Started off the new block at gym as well, some new exercises to start hitting more PB’s. Let’s go!
Definitely building some great momentum at the moment - Let’s see what the results look like this week after locking in over Christmas…
Weighing in tomorrow so stay tuned.

MPT Rebuild - Week 4 Results
Another week done! A little behind on posting this one…
Dropped 1kg last week - Hit more PB’s in gym too! Energy is improving along with my strength, plenty of work to do.
Both Basketball and Footy pre-season is over for the year now so time to lock in and get some runs in to keep the cardio up.
Bring on Christmas and New Years - Can’t remember the last time I went without a drink or smoke over this time so looking forward to testing myself!
Who else is challenging themselves to not drink or smoke over Christmas and New Year’s?
Stay tuned for this weeks results…
