What a week I had!
MPCA we won4/5 games.
So proud, great job guys.
Last year we were runner up in Division 2 against Ballarat. This year we went up to Division 1, beat Ballarat in the Semi Finals, only to go down to the highly skilled team of Geelong.
With a few broken fingers and niggles we as a team, did an excellent performance for a week of cricket 🏏.

Back to work this week, and I am extremely busy getting everyone back in, please be patient as I try to fit you all in.

A huge shout out to all my clients who completed the Nike Melbourne Marathon event a few weeks ago. Some competed for the first time, some got PB’s, and just wanted to say how proud of all of you.
Well done!

After a very busy football season I will be taking a short break to rejuvenate the old body.
