Here is what i have taken from an article on the opening for those are are fully Vaccinated.

Estimates predict NSW will reach 70% double-dose vaccination (of over-16s) by about 19 October, based on data from the seven-day average. If this is the date the target is reached, it is a Tuesday, so under the plan announced, the freedoms would come into effect six days later on the following Monday: 25 October.
So looking at this means I can start taking appointments for the 25th of October

Well fingers and toes crossed for great news that Hairdressers to reopen.
I am double vaccinated and from what I hear it will be those that are double vaccinated will be ones rewarded first off.
I guess it means that those aren’t vaccinated will have to roll up their sleeve and get a jab.

Well as we all know 4 more weeks of lockdown. Please be patient as I'll work my way through getting to you all and booking you in.

Hey all,

Ihope everyone is going ok and staying sane in this lockdown.
I’ve quite a few clients ask what they can do to cover their greys? I know its hard but I must say PLEASE stay away from those home dye kits.

The reason I say this is when I Dian ally get back and reopen I won’t have time for any colour corrections if you buy the wrong colour.

It will be crazy busy as Ulrik has Broken his leg so I will have some extra work to do . Fill you all in on that when I see you

This is what I would suggest it’s a spray on colour which comes out in one wash you should be able purchase this from either Woolworths , Cole’s, or chemist warehouse and looks like the picture I have posted.

There are around 8 shades available if you do decide to go this way please be careful don’t over spray and make sure it’s complete washed out after every use before you return to the salon as this creates a barrier for our colours to do their thing 😉

Things I wish I knew in my first year of Hairdressing!

1. There’s no 9 to 5....ever!
2. Forget lunch it will be a fond memory.
3. You will learn the brand of hairspray by taste.
4. You will learn the skill of nodding and communicating over a hairdryer with the skill of a therapist.
5. Hair you get out of your skin won’t be ever be yours.
6. You will be on your feet all day...ALL day!
7. You will hurt yourself -cuts, burns and hunger pains.
8. You will do formulas in your head like Einstein
9. Small things like going to the toilet, sitting down and silence are really big things.
10. You will learn a foreign language.
11. You will often drive home with colour on .....and you will feel grateful.
12. You will watch and learn ,learn and watch, watch and learn........forever
13. But you will love it.....there’s no job like it!

But I still love Hairdressing to this very day.
