Every time you stay silent, tolerate the bare minimum, or put others’ comfort above your own—you’re teaching them what’s okay.

The moment you decide what you’re no longer available for, everything begins to change.

You get to rewrite the rules. You get to choose you.

Introducing the Hope & Healing Kit 👐

A gentle care package for the days that feel too heavy.

Created to honour your grief, support your healing, and hold space for all that you’re carrying.

Inside you’ll find:

• Tea Pack for moments of stillness
• An essential oil roller (choose your blend) to ease emotional overwhelm
• Sunflower seeds + an affirmation to plant something beautiful in memory and love
• Empowering affirmation cards

This kit was made with care, compassion, and the understanding that healing starts by honouring where you are, not where you think you should be.

Thursday, I delivered my first Teen Empowerment Talk to nearly 100 girls at Heathcote High School.

It was an incredible experience and I’m so lucky to have had Heathcote High as my first school to talk to. The staff were amazing and they really care about their students wellbeing.

I spoke about self-worth, emotional resilience, the dangers of numbing with alcohol, and what it means to live your most authentic life.

Some of the feedback that I’ve received:

What did they get out of the talk?

🗣️ ‘Success is a peaceful mind, healthy body and a life you don’t need to escape from.’
🗣️ ‘Learning what alcohol can do to your body / mental health’

What part of the talk stood out the most to you and why?

🗣️ ‘How you don’t have to be the one drinking for it to affect you.’
🗣️ ‘Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will and the personal story at the beginning.’

What message would you like to send the speaker?

🗣️ ‘You are amazing, never change.’
🗣️ ‘It was a very inspirational and helpful talk.’

A huge thank you to Bill Webster for coming along Thursday and offering his support and mentorship. It meant so much to have you there for my first talk.

For me, this is about helping young girls see their worth and know they have the power to break the cycle.

This is just the beginning.

It took time in sobriety and post-separation to learn how to sit with just me.
To stop chasing distractions.
To stop needing outside validation.
To learn how to like the woman I am so I could just be.

This quote hits deep because I never thought I’d find peace in my own company. But slowly, I have. And if you’re not there yet, keep going. It takes time, but it’s worth it.

You don’t need to fill the void.
You just need time.

Thanks for sharing this quote with me this morning 💕

Anzac Day is a time of reflection, respect, and remembrance.

But across NSW this year, while essential grocery stores were forced to close, pubs and alcohol venues stayed open from 6am.

As someone passionate about empowering women, families, and communities to live healthier, safer lives, I cannot stay silent about this.

Alcohol is a known carcinogen. It fuels domestic violence and regret. Closing safe spaces but allowing alcohol to flow freely does not honour our community — it harms it.

Just because something is a tradition does not mean it should stay unchanged.

I have launched a petition to ask for a rethink of Anzac Day trading laws.

🎯 Allow essential services to open
🎯 Restrict early alcohol service
🎯 Protect those in unsafe homes and create safer communities

If you believe we can honour the past and protect the present, please consider adding your voice.

They won’t always understand your choices
They might mock the change
They might doubt your strength
They might not believe you’ll stick with it

But this isn’t about them
This is about your peace
Your healing
Your life

Let them talk
You’re already on your way

Change your thinking, change your life 👸

This is one of my all time favourite quotes 💕

She believed she could.. and that changed everything.

Belief is the blueprint 🌞
